The postpartum recovery process is something I wasn’t quite prepared for and if there is anything that can make the recovery any faster and/or easier, it’s these products I’ve listed below. That first week (or month) after delivering is SO tough and if I could go back, I would make sure these items were ready to go upon arriving home from the hospital; anything to make the postpartum recovery as smooth, easy and pain free as possible!

HOSPITAL BAG CHECKLIST
Below is a list of everything I packed and ended up using for myself + baby! For me: Button-up pajama top/pants set– I wore these while pregnant and every day at the hospital after delivering. So comfortable! I have also linked the same pair but the short sleeve/shorts set. Nightgown– the most comfortable item I purchased during pregnancy, especially during those last few months when last thing you want to wear is pants. CLEAN + NONTOXIC SKINCARE PRODUCTS
Since becoming pregnant and having Jack, I have really wanted to make sure the skincare products I am using are non toxic + cruelty free.
