San Diego has been on my list of places to travel to for a while, and I am so happy I was finally able to go. California is one of my favorite places; beaches, mountains, the city, the Golden state has it all. My friend Ariel recently moved here and as soon as she did, I immediately booked a flight to visit her! Ariel lives in such a great area; twenty minutes away from everything! WEEKEND IN WILMINGTON, NC
This past weekend, I visited North Carolina for the first time and it did not disappoint! Weddings, friends, sunshine, the beach, count me in. The first day was spent walking along the Riverwalk and checking out downtown Wilmington. We were staying near The Cotton Exchange the first night, which is an area full of shops and restaurants. We grabbed a bite at The Basics; Southern food and the best Pear Sangrias. I am always seeking my next adventure, and the holidays usually give everybody more free time to do so. Luckily, I had the weekend off during New Years’ this past year, so John and I decided to travel to a new city!
